5.2 Deposit Rules
All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The owner of the deposit account and the aiay9 account must be the same person — third-party payments are not accepted.
5.3 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 5-30 minutes. Funds will reach the account within the specified time after submitting a withdrawal request.
5.4 Verification & Approval
aiay9 may request additional identity verification for large withdrawal amounts. This is a standard security process. Withdrawals may be temporarily held if a suspicious or unusual transaction is under investigation.

Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
6.1 Welcome Bonus Details
New users on aiay9 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 and the total balance will be ৳2,000. The maximum bonus is ৳20,000 — meaning even if you deposit ৳20,000 or more, the maximum bonus received will be ৳20,000.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
6.3 Bonus Usage Rules
Additional rules regarding bonuses:
- Each new account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- After claiming a bonus, the bonus balance will be used first, followed by real money.
